1. ANNA'S 1

This is a typical Skyrian apartment with bed platform to sleep a couple and an additional room with another single bed, ideal for a 3rd person or child.

Lounge with dining table. No kitchen, but fridge/freezer, tea/coffee making facilities and light meals can be prepared. Shower room. Crockery etc. all provided. Small balcony with views over the valley, mountains, village and distant views to the sea. Ideal for the sunset! A few minutes walk to the main part of the village/Chora and ten minutes walk to the beaches of Molos and Magazia.

Price 65 Euros a night, July and August.
(Discount for longer periods of more than 2 weeks. 55 Euros a night low season. (Less in the winter months)

2. MARIA'S

This apartment is situated next door to ANNA's, so is ideal if 2 families wish to be next door to each other. This comprises separate double bedroom, lounge which can take 2 more single beds/.sofas, dining table, basic kitchen with fridge freezer, small hob, washing up sink, shower room. Front facing balcony with lovely views and an additional sitting out area at the side of the property accessed from the back door! Ideal 2/3 adults or couple with 2 children. A few minutes walk to the main part of the village/Chora and ten minutes to the beaches of Molos and Magazia. Traditionally Skyrian accommodation.

Price 65 Euros a night July and August. 55 Euros a night low season (Less in the winter months)

3. ANNA'S 3

A 2 bedroom apartment just of the Agora/Main street, but in a quiet area. Twin bedroom room and double bedded room, lounge/dining room, large kitchen/breakfast room with full size oven, fridge freezer. Ceiling fans in bedrooms, and property gets a lovely breeze.

Outside terrace with lovely views of the valley, mountains, sea and sunset. Bathroom with an actual BATH! This is a half Skyrian style property and not full of pottery, copper plates etc. Ideal for a family or sharers. Few minutes walk to the main part of the village and 10 minutes walk to the beaches of Molos and Magazia.

Price 75 Euros a night July and August. 65 Euros a night low season.

4. CHRISTINA'S

Situated in the lower part of the village - about 8 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the main centre. Quiet area. This apartment has a TWIN BEDDED room, with small lounge and kitchenette - fridge freezer, washing up facilities, small oven/hob, shower room and an outside small terrace overlooking the mountains and sunset. Basic Skyrian decor. TV and air con.

Ideal single or 2 sharers or those who prefer twin beds!

Price 50 euros a night July and August - 45 Euros a night low season.

5. BI BI'S

A quirky apartment accessed from an outside spiral staircase. However, good sized lounge, double bedroom, hob, fridge, air conditioning, shower room and a balcony with lovely views over the valley/mountains and sea. Extra bed /sofa in lounge. About 6 minutes walk to the beach and 8 minutes to the village centre. Well placed. Basic Skyrian ambience.

Prices - July and August for one person - 30 Euros a night, for two persons, 40 Euros a night and for 3 (inc. children although not suitable for children under 12 due to the access staircase) 45 euros a night.

6. FROSINI'S 1

A lovely Skyrian apartment near the village centre, but in a quiet road. Small balcony for sitting out. Large lounge, typically Skyrian bed platform with double bed, kitchen, shower room.

Can also accommodate 1 or 2 children. Lots of Skyrian pottery and knickknacks make it very authentic. Air conditioning. A few minutes from the main part of the village and about 12/15 minutes walk to the beach.

Price 65 Euros a night July and August. Prices on application for off season.

7. FROSINI'S 2

Another Skyrian apartment one minute from No. 6, so if 2 families, they can be close together. This is smaller than No. 6, but with double bed platform, lounge, shower room and kitchenette.

Small balcony. Air conditioning. Ideal one or two persons, but can accommodate small child. Outside concrete steps to access the apartment on the first floor.

Price 60 Euros a night July and August. Prices on application for off season.

8. MAGAZIA APARTMENTS

This lovely complex overlooks the fabulous stretch of Molos/ Magazia beach. self catering...one or two bedrooms, outside balconies or terraces, air conditioning, TV, fridge, hob and to a high standard. Good size bathrooms with showers. Most apartments can accommodate one/two/three/four persons. Prices are variable according to the size and season. Two minutes walk to the beach, and 15 minutes walk up to the Village/Chora. Parking is available adjacent to the complex. Excellent management of the property. Reception lounge/desk.

9. MOLOS BEACH APARTMENTS

Studio rooms available with en suite shower, fridge and air conditioning. Kettle in rooms. Shared kitchen with a couple of other rooms. Right opposite the beach, and well run and clean property. Most rooms have an outside area for alfresco eating. Rooms vary from sea or garden view, ground or first floor.

Prices July and August FROM 50 Euros a night depending on room and length of stay. Please ask for more information.

10.CENTRAL APARTMENTS

These are situated almost adjacent to the main car park of the Village/Chora. Can accommodate one, two or three persons. Small outside areas and equipped studios.

Ideally situated for those who want a 2 minute walk to the car park and easy access to the village.

Prices vary from time of year and which apartment. Ask for details.

11. ACHEROUNES BEACH APARTMENTS

Well appointed studios and apartments in lovely setting right on the beach front. Delightful gardens, barbecue area, bar on site and breakfast provided if required.

All the apartments have air conditioning, TV, fridge, hob, shower rooms. Smaller apartments are ideal for 2 people and some can accommodate an additional child. There are also one bed and 2 bed apartments, plus a 2 bedroom Villa on site. Ideal for families... safe beach... 2 tavernas close by and a few minutes from Linaria Port by car. Ten minutes to Skyros Town by car. There is a bus service and cars can be hired. Very easy parking. Wifi on site. Maid service.

Prices vary according to season and size of property, plus length of stay. Ask for details.

12. MESSINI'S

A lovely typically Skyrian apartment on the first floor in a quiet backwater of Skyros village. Well presented lounge with 2 single beds, recess with further three quarter bed.

Kitchen, shower room, air conditioning. Fridge and hob. Small balcony overlooking a beautiful small church and views to the Monastery on the mountain. Two minutes walk to the main part of the village and about 14 minutes walk to the beach. Ideal one, two or 3 persons, or couple with child.

Price July and August 55 Euros a night. Low season 45 Euros a night. Off season 35 Euros a night.

Additional apartment above this one , ideal for one or two persons. Completely self contained, good sized terrace/ balcony overlooking view of the KASTRO/MONASTERY, local chapel and mountains beyond. 2 single beds, kitchenette and shower room. Access up steps and further spiral staircase. Quiet area. Reasonable rates for good, basic accommodation depending on whether one or two persons.

13. SOULA'S HOUSE

Skyrian House situated in a quiet backwater of the Village/Chora. Skyrian double bed platform on 1st floor with further sofa bed. Fitted wardrobes. Downstairs, shower room, good kitchen area, fridge freezer, small cooker, lounge/diner, TV, air conditioning and balcony. The house is well maintained and a few minutes to main part of village and about 12 minutes to the beach. There is a further single bed suitable for a child or another adult in the lounge. Ideal a couple or small family.

Price July and August 70 euros a night. Low season 60 Euros a night.

14. ALAN'S APARTMENT

Spacious apartment in the bottom part of the Village. Double bedroom, further bedroom with bunk beds. Good size lounge with sofas, bathroom which also houses washing machine, good size kitchen fully equipped.. Small sitting out area. Air conditioning in bedroom, but a cool apartment. Furnished in a modern Ikea style. Ideal couple with 2 children or sharers. 10 minutes to main part of village and 8 minutes walk to the beach.

Prices July and August 65 euros a night - Low season 50 euros a night.

15. PROPERTIES IN THE NOBLEMEN AREA OF THE VILLAGE CLOSE TO THE MONASTERY.

These can be accessed by the top road where you can park and walk for about 5 minutes. These are higher up the village and were considered in times gone by to be the more 'elite' areas.

a. Noblemen House

This property has an amazing view to the Aegean. Traditional style ambience. Large living room with dining table, downstairs, large kitchen, and sleeping area. Separate double bedroom. Large terrace for eating outside... ground floor terrace to pathway leading down to the beach... about 5 minutes walk. The house can accommodate max. 5 persons with various sleeping arrangements. Ideal family house. 2 to 5 persons... prices vary and start at 90 Euros a night for July and August dependent on the number of people.

b. Studio apartment near Byzantine Church

Accommodates 2 adults and l child. Charming accommodation - well equipped and maintained. Double bed platform, kitchen, shower room. 8 minutes walk to the village centre and about 15 to the beach. Quiet area. Prices from 65 euros a night in July and August - less off peak season.

c. Acropolis House

Situated adjacent to the ancient acropolis and the castle/kastro with the monastery of St. George, this lovely house has magnificent views to the sea and the rest of Skyros. Approx. 15 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the main part of the village. Parking is available within 5 minutes walk. Large kitchen, fully equipped. Large lounge with dining area, upper room with double bed mattress and an adjacent room with double bed mattress. Outside front area and a few minutes away there are some benches overlooking the Molos/ Magazia bay...ideal for taking your morning coffee!
TV and air conditioning. This property can accommodate up to 4 persons (plus a small child )and prices are dependent on season and number of people.
Prices start at 110 Euros a night in July and August.

16. Brooke Studio.

This delightful studio sleeps 2 and is overlooking the sea and adjacent to Brooke Square and the museums. About 8 minutes walk to the main part of the village and about 8 minutes to the beach. The parking is right by the front door!

Prices start at 65 Euros a night depending on the season... ask for details.

17. GYRISMATA APARTMENTS

Absolutely beautiful apartments situated on level ground a few minutes walk from the beach. There are a choice of three apartments available and all have been completed to a high standard by the owners. There is a communal large front garden and terrace, plus a barbecue area for guest use.

Apartment 1 on the Ground floor with outside terraces.....lounge, shower room, double bedroom. Small kitchen area. Can sleep a couple, plus 2 children/adults.
Apartment 2 on the Ground Floor with outside terraces.. lounge, shower room, double bedroom, Small kitchen area. Can sleep a couple, plus 2 children/adults.
Apartment 3 on the first floor with outside balcony area and views to the sea and old windmill across the fields. Double bedroom, kitchen area, shower room. Ideal one/two persons

Apartment 1 July and August 70 Euros a night 2 persons, 80 Euros a night for 3 or 4 persons. Low Season 60 Euros a night one to 4 persons.
Apartment 2 July and August 80 Euros a night 2 persons, 100 Euros a night for 3 or 4 persons. Low Season 70 Euros a night one to 4 persons.
Apartment 3 July and August 80 Euros a night for 2 persons. Low season 50 Euros a night for 2 persons.

Minimum stay 5 nights.
Above 5 nights 10 per cent discount.

The owners provide enough for you to make your own breakfast and also organise communal barbecues if desired. You will find this high standard accommodation and caring hosts. Easy parking outside of the property. Local buses to and from the village at various times of the day. The beach is virtually on your doorstep. Please note these apartments are yours when you are there and no maid service, but linen and towels are generously provided for a change over, depending on your length of stay.

18. HOTEL COMPLEX AT PURIA/ MOLOS

This is a delightful fairly new complex of apartments. They vary to sleep 2 to 4 persons. All have balconies or terraces and sea views. The Hotel is situated on the beach and has its own private swimming pool. There is a car park and all rooms have air conditioning and television. There is a guests' lounge and dining area.

A lovely, traditional breakfast is included in the price and you can self-cater in the apartment or try the local tavernas.
Prices vary according to number of people, length of stay, size of apartment etc. Prices start off season at 65 Euros a night. During July and August, prices start at 90 Euros a night. The apartments are fully serviced. Ideal for families, couples, celebrations, that special holiday. A beautiful setting - watch the sun rise in the morning over the Aegean. Ask for more details.

19. ADRIANA'S

Right on the lovely Molos Beach, simple and basic rooms...mostly twins or singles. Close local shops and tavernas... walk out of your room and on to the beach.

Some rooms with balconies and Aegean Sea views. Watch the sunrise daily! All rooms have fridges. About 10 minutes walk up to the main Village of Skyros (Chora). Reasonably easy parking near the accommodation. A few allocated spaces provided for guests. English, Dutch, Greek, German spoken. Prices depend on length of stay and time of year, but start at 40 euros a night to 70 euros a night (high season).

ALL OF THE PROPERTIES ARE EQUIPPED WITH LINEN AND TOWELS, BUT PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS.

THERE IS NO LAUNDERETTE IN THE VILLAGE.
There is a private laundry service in Molos. There is a LAUNDRY service for bags of personal washing in the village if desperate! This can be left at the Villa Maria. One bag of laundry which includes soap liquid and conditioner, folded and re-bagged can be done for 8 Euros and 12 Euros for a larger bag including towels. It is usually a 24 hour turn around and can be collected the next day. ASK FOR DETAILS. Regret no ironing service, but we may be able to find you someone to do it!

We have various other rooms and accommodation, so if you don't see what you are looking for on the WEBSITE, please email us with SPECIFIC REQUESTS. i.e. 2 families who need to be close to each other, isolated properties, other beach areas such as Kalamitsa, Aspous (where we have some rooms). We are able to arrange one to three nighters if we know well in advance as some of our owners are prepared to do this if they have space in between other lettings in high season.

If you wish to come for the Skyrian Carnival in February, please note that not all our accommodation has HEATING and it can be chilly then. The Greek Easter is somewhat warmer and can get busy, so its best to book these two times well in advance to take advantage of the WARMEST accommodation.

Finally, we are here to help... any queries, please let us know. When contacting us, please mention WHICH properties you are interested in... how many people including ages of children (as some properties are not suitable for children) and your specific dates. A few of our properties will take a cat or dog if a family pet, but not all are suitable. The owners may want a pet deposit bond, which is refundable at the end of the stay if there is no damage!

At all of our holiday letting properties, we provide a WELCOME PACK of tea, coffee, water, soap and other small items to start you off. Sometimes, if you arrive LATE, the shops are closed!

Please note that during HIGH SEASON, most landlords/hosts prefer not to let for less than 4 nights. We can usually organise a discount for longer stays of 2 weeks or more.
