Villa Maria

Villa Maria is an old, but fully restored 'white sugar cube' house, on the Greek Island of Skyros in the Northern Sporades Islands, Aegean Sea, Greece. Skyros forms the group of islands with Skopelos, Skiathos and Alonissos. The house is located in Skyros main village - Skyros Town, just off the main cobbled high street and on the way to the main beach of Molos and Magazia. The Villa is available to rent throughout the year, yoga, massage and reiki are available on the island.

Villa Maria has a beautiful top terrace, fully tiled with railings, having a fantastic view of the mountains, sunset and the sea in the distance. There is a large terraced garden with fruit trees and flowers, plus a Gazebo.  The basement has a washing machine, tumble dryer and a freezer and the kitchen has the added advantage of a dishwasher. The house has 3 terraces with fabulous views. This year, the owner is installing internet connection and satellite TV.

The Refuge

Also available - The Refuge - The accommodation is situated on a traditional farm with an area which represents the highest value for natural habitats and species of plants and rare animals, endangered or vulnerable. The farm is a good size with its own natural springs and a forest.
